Delete your sMASHwalk account and data
Delete directly in the app
- Open sMASHwalk and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm permanent deletion.
This immediately starts permanent deletion of your authentication account and associated sMASHwalk data.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address connected to your sMASHwalk account. Include your sMASHwalk username, if known. Do not send your password or any authentication code.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
Your authentication account, email and profile data, username, gender selection, game sessions, cup balance, personal records, leaderboard entry, notification profile and push token, and Friend Help requests, states, and blocks are deleted. Limited backup, security, or legally required records may remain temporarily before automatic removal.
